The paid product is a digital employer-cost briefing delivered immediately after payment.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the briefing file did not download, would not open, or the totals were blank. Request the refund through the Paddle receipt you received by email (Manage order / contact seller), and include the Paddle order ID.
We may refuse a refund if more than 14 days have passed, or if the only complaint is that you disagree with an informational estimate after a successful download. The briefing is an estimate from published rates, not a payroll run.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Paddle’s timing applies.
